Your role and responsibilities

Role Overview: The Business Systems Integration Analyst will be responsible for enhancing analytical capabilities and seamlessly integrating finance-related systems and solutions within business processes. This cross-functional role requires a hands-on problem solver who can investigate and implement creative solutions to improve processes, drive data analytics, and develop system tools for finance and pricing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across finance, data analytics, sales, and marketing to impact profitability and operational efficiency. Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Collaborate with finance and data analytics teams to design and implement integrated solutions for finance processes. • Lead efforts to create and maintain data and analytics infrastructure for fact-based decision-making with experience in financial systems and ERP plataforms. • Detect and resolve database errors, misinformation, and discrepancies while assessing business impact. Act as a masterdata supporting data quality and clean up. • Support system enhancements, integrations, and automation efforts across finance operations. • Build and maintain financial models that provide "what if" capabilities and innovative scenario analyses. • Analyze pricing trends, volume/price/mix/share interactions, and customer/product line performance to identify opportunities for profitability improvement supported by experience in financial modeling. • Conduct end-to-end analytical tasks, from data collection and cleansing to data mining, analysis, and reporting. • Transform data insights into actionable recommendations through clear, visually compelling reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI with also advanced excel skills.

Qualifications for the role

  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to enhance the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Communicate and present data insights to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex findings into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to detect and resolve data issues while proposing creative solutions with sharp analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
