This Position reports to:
Service Sales Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion Service Division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
As part of the Motion Services sales team, you'll help customers around the globe by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycles, and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of electrical motion solutions.
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division for Motors in the North of Italy: Lombardia, Triveneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo.
You'll be responsible for sales in the assigned area.
Main stakeholders are End Users in all the Industrial Segments
Your role and responsibilities:
• Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers related to the Service portfolio: contracts, maintenance, spare parts, trainings, replacement of obsolete products
• Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also news customers.
• Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience
• Analyze different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution
• Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy.
Qualifications for the role:
• You have at least 3 years of experience working as Service Sales or Technical field
• You are passionate about sales and you have the ability to establish good relationships with customers
• Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (North Italy) at least 3 days per week
• Knowledge of Electric Motors, Rotating Electric Machines, experience with direct market as End Users
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office,Salesforce(plus)
• Preferred a technical diploma/degree in Engineering field
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
