Your role and responsibilities

That's our story. Make it your story. You will be mainly accountable for: • Perform day-to-day HR operational support to Country HR manager on the assigned tasks. Ensuring a high degree of accurate and timely completion of the tasks. • Lead or Assist on the HR projects/initiatives in the HR function • Organize, prepare and coordinate the HR meetings/workshop and taking meeting minutes if necessary • Make HR data analysis to enable better insight for the decision making

Qualifications for the role

• BSc/BA in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and can pay attention to details
• Strong team player
• Ability to handle data/information with confidentiality
