Your role and responsibilities
We are ramping-up newly created software team in Kraków that is developing solutions for maintenance of electrical networks. We build an ecosystem of applications which support managers in their electrical networks monitoring, risk analysis, and performing actions to mitigate the risks of downtime. As a .Net Developer, you will develop and enhance comprehensive software solutions. You will apply software engineering principles for analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, and debugging of back-end systems based on a distributed cloud architecture. Additionally, you will execute assigned design and development activities focused on building robust, scalable, and efficient back-end solutions in accordance with quality standards. Working model: hybrid ##LI-Hybrid Your responsibilities: • Independently contribute in the software development lifecycle covering requirements, conceptualization, prototyping, design, coding, testing, release as well as subsequent maintenance and operations. • Adopts agile software development to build and deliver software in an iterative and incremental manner. Drives automation for productivity in every activity possible. • Own the end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, oversee the DevOps and optimize the performance of existing implementations • Actively follow and apply current trends in software development best practices, technologies, and ABB standards to build high quality products. • Collaborate with Software Architects to ensure development work aligns with technical drivers. • Collaborate with globally distributed teams and local team based in Kraków, we work in a hybrid model (once a week we meet in the office)

Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in software development and implementation of enterprise grade scalable cloud solutions
- Sound experience in object-oriented programming (C#, .NET) and containerization technology Kubernetes and Dockers
- Knowledge of basic authentication and authorization principles
- Knowledge of the framework for creating APIs and working with database: ASP.NET Core, Entity framework,
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud and its resources, i.e., Entra, AppService, ACR,
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Machine Learning tools is a plus
