In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Answering incoming calls and processing orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards).
- Advising customers about our products and outstanding orders via phone and email.
- Supporting the Sales Office and referring inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Performing various administrative tasks related to customer records.
- Working within the European Customer Service team with a focus on the Benelux markets.
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a commercial, customer-focused, and international Customer Service team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- A technical interest and affinity with technology
- Familiar with the order-to-cash process; experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
