The Supply Chain Operations department in Vestas's Global Service business unit is responsible for managing and optimizing all material supply processes related to our global business activity. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication are what ensure smooth operations. We are seeking a detailed and proactive Warehouse Coordinator for our warehouse in Toruń. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, and supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Working safely and ensuring a safe working environment for others
• Receive, process, and put away all inbound shipments + order pick, pack and ship also, taking over returns shipments from service vans (items and tools)
• Booking of transport collections
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Periodic cycle counting, annual stocktaking, and waste management activities
• Ensure that the warehouse is lean, effective and 5S standard is kept

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Warehousing/Logistics understanding - min. 1 year experience in warehousing
• Driving license B category would be preferable but not essential + Valid Forklift truck driving license (essential)
• Knowledge of English on a communicative level - both verbal and written
• Previous SAP experience would be preferable but not essential
• Flexibility - on-call - including weekend availability, the schedule is subject to change weekly according to operational needs
• Living in Poland or close to Toruń area (30 km) or willing to relocate on own expense
