This position reports to

Business Controller

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid} {insert Linkedin #} You will support Local Division Business Controller in the below activities for both Vietnam & the Philippines • Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services within defined area, as directed. • Prepare project forecast and arrange for project review, take note of the Minutes of Meeting and follow up with Project Managers in open items • Prepare key financial for management review • Follow up on collection status with Sales/Project team to ensure the collection can be done • Prepare monthly supplementary report during month-end closing

Qualifications for the role

• Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in Economics/Business Analysis or other related majors.
• System thinking and strong analytical skill, particularly excel skill
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Highly responsible, fast learners
