Sr. Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing existing and new aftermarket services offerings and new offerings for the LNG Vertical. The LNG vertical includes Honeywell UOP Gas Processing, HPS/HCI Natural Gas/LNG solutions and the newly acquired Honeywell LNG (formerly Air Products LNG) businesses.
You will report directly to the Sr. Sales Director who is collaborating with leaders across Honeywell to lead efforts across the E2E LNG Vertical. The role will work out of our Houton, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
• For the aftermarket services (AMS) aspect of the role you will be responsible for coordinating cross-SBG to develop new offerings and templates, packaging services from each team for outcome based business leveraging UOP & HON LNG install base. You will also work with HPS, UOP and Honeywell LNG to enhance base offers with added value proposition.
• For the new offerings aspect of the role, you will drive the End-to-End process offer, small scale LNG end to end solution and full process solution of UOP and Honeywell LNG process technology
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate project team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
• Role will require 10-15% travel domestically or internationally
YouMustHave
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Natural Gas/LNG Industry in Offering Management, Strategic Marketing or Engineering or related areas of responsibility.
• Prior experience in a senior project management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Proven track record of successful implementation (on time and on budget) of projects
• Ability to influence multifunctional teams without a direct reporting; strong demonstrated track record of matrix management
We Value
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Technical/Engineering field with minimum 10 years of overall technical experience
• Previous modular solution experience
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
• Experience in leading and managing projects of varying complexity
• Proven track record leading teams to successful product delivery
• Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Very strong written and oral skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
