Senior ControllershipAnalyst

As a Senior Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in supporting the controllership function. Your primary responsibilitywill be to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance withaccounting policies and regulations, and assist in driving the financial closeprocesses. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functionalteams, including regional finance teams, tax, legal, and other stakeholders, todrive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.

You will report directly to our BA Controllership Manager and you'll work outof our San Luis Potosi, S.L.P. location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and integrity of financialreporting, contribute to process improvements, and support strategicdecision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in ensuring accurate andtimely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies andregulations
• Support the financial closeprocesses, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
• Conduct financial analysis to supportdecision-making and provide insights to senior managementYOU MUSTHAVE

• Minimum of 4 years of experience inaccounting or controllership roles
• Strong knowledge of accountingstandards and regulations
• Experience with ERP systems andfinancial consolidation tools (SAP preferred)
• FluentEnglish skills
