Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
For the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business we are looking for Shipping/Receiving & Warehouse Operator who will join our Robotics Customer Service organization located in Milton, Ontario, Canada. • Responsible for unloading/unpacking and packing/loading of materials and robots. • Verify deliveries, inspect for damage, and receive goods in the ERP system. • Organize transportation of robots and parts with couriers. • Issue proper documentation for shipping of parts and robots. • Goods Issue material from the ERP system. • Manage Material Reservation. • Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items and issue NCRs. • Organize and store received material in appropriate areas. • Ensure all material received is adequately labelled (traceability) • Stage material for Production. • Perform Inventory Count. • Perform Incoming inspections of materials. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team lead or management. • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

Qualifications for the role
- Proficient in SAP with hands-on experience.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Forklift certification (overhead crane, electric and propane forklift).
- TDG Certificate (transport of dangerous goods)
- 2-4 years shipping- receiving experience.
- High school diploma.
- Able to do repetitive work.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Stand or sit for extended periods.
