Your role and responsibilities
We are currently looking for a new colleague who can contribute to ABB continuing to develop future solutions and thus remain a key participant in the energy revolution. If you have a background in Finance, Supply Chain, or General Business Management supplemented with good industry knowledge, and you want an exciting job with great trust and support, now is the time to apply. At ABB, you will join a well-regarded company in the field, and we see great opportunities to expand with you as an important part. • Work closely with the Indirect Procurement Team in the Country and develop an understanding of how processes work and document them. • Understand the existing process of supplier onboarding and create an example-based manual for the end user. • Establish a contract management portal in SAP ARIBA and onboard supplier contracts on the portal. • Support local procurement cleaning activities for the ERP Modernization project. • Support coordination activities and testing for the upgrade of Vendor Data to Business Partners. • Support coordination of the upgrade of PO Workflow change activity. • Implement a communication forum for the progress of Local ERP Modernization activities in procurement and finance.

Qualifications for the role
- Currently studying either in Finance, Supply Chain, or General Business Management.
- Good English and Danish language skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners, work well within a team, and build meaningful relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Proficient understanding and user experience of Microsoft Tools (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
- Interest in doing research and finding the best practices to improve existing ways of working.
