This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the sales strategy in the assigned area. Each day, you
will lead, develop, and coach the front-end sales team. You will also manage some of the key accounts directly. You will
also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the sales action plan to achieve the key qualitative and
quantitative targets in a sustainable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors & Generators Division in Pune, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Achieve targets ( orders and collection ) assigned for the Cluster and team for large motors and generators
business (HV Motors)
• Handle key accounts both individually as well as through team reporting to you.
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction with respect to responses against RFQs in terms of speed and
accuracy.
• Analyze specifications and strategize product placement to give customer optimum solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders ( internal and external ) like customers, partners, and back
end functions of sales and project management.
• Ensure monthly monitoring and updating the reports in line with management expectations.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry, and competitors to inform business
development strategies.
• Market mapping of customers with respect to segments , potential etc.
Qualifications for the role
• Experience of 12+ years and above in relevant field of Electrical Rotating machines- preferably HV.
• Education: B.E / B.Tech Electrical Engineering from reputed university.
• Should have good communication skills • Good knowledge of product Large Motors (HT Motors), exposure to
design will add more value.
• Applications of HV motors, positioning in market, customer relationship.
• Team handling experience is Must.
• High motivation and attitude to support organization to achieve their goals.
