As an Cyber Security Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and managing cyber security projects to ensure the protection of our organization's information systems and data. You will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the security of our company and grow within the field of cyber security.

You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Cyber Security, and you will work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:
• Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Supporting project resources, including budget tracking, timeline management, and team coordination
• Identifying and assisting in mitigating project risks and issues
• Ensuring compliance with cyber security standards and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and manage cyber security projects from initiation to closure
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Help develop and implement project plans, including budget tracking and timelines
• Identify and assist in mitigating project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with cyber security standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $120K-$154K Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security project management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies
• Experience supporting and delivering cyber security projects
• Familiarity with cyber security projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
