As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, youwill be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve operationalexcellence and drive business results. You will play a critical role inensuring the success of our projects and initiatives, while fostering acollaborative and high-performing team culture. In this role, you will have adirect impact on the success of our projects and the development of our teammembers. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations,providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our team has the resourcesand tools they need to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a team to achieveoperational excellence and drive business results (60 people or more)
• Leadcontinuous improvement projects
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide ongoingfeedback and coaching (KPI's management)
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance andproductivityYOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role, focused in manufacturing production
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5s, Kaizen, Line balancing, Yamazumi)
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP
Excel Knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
Medium English Skills
