You will help coordinate content and translation, support website maintenance activities, and provide web analytics and reporting through your skills and expertise. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and execute digital products by building web solutions that drive business growth, involving AEM to craft pages and features.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure content aligns with broader goals, such as aligning a product page with a campaign.
• Manage content using a CMS to create, update, and organize text, images, or technical documents.
• Optimize web content for SEO (e.g., keywords, meta tags) and usability (e.g., fast load times, intuitive navigation).
• Monitor performance metrics like page views, bounce rates, or conversion rates to gauge the success of web pages.
• Participate in web-related development efforts by contributing ideas or testing new features.
• Ensure global availability of content, including localization efforts (e.g., translations) and maintaining uptime reliability.
• Oversee publishing by scheduling and approving web pages for release.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses.
• 2-3 years of experience in web programming, support, and administration.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Content Management System.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration is a plus.
