The Compensation & Benefits team is part of the Human Resources Services provided by the HR & Communication department of the Refining and Chemicals Branch of TotalEnergies.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will bring support to the analyses and studies needed for the Comp & Ben team's mission :

1/ In the framework of the Pay Review/Perfroamnce Shares campaign :
  • preparation of excel files such as eligibility, authorizations, budgets, mobility, KPI, manager status, company garantees (BE)...
  • preparation of the mails sent to the collaborators and of the sharepoint available to managers
  • assistance to managers for MSI tool

2/ Budget follow-up of the Belgian envelope for RP, OT and detached collaborators from other branches

3/ TCO analysis for the Company cars

4/ Benchmarking studies for Belgium and other RP affiliates

5/ Support for 'gender gap' studies

6/ Calculation and follow-up of the prorated variable parts when a collaborator leaves pay systeme perimeter

7/ Support for the Compensation campaigns through out the year : World Compensation Campaign, RESI (France), Annual compensation Campaign...

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications :
  • Graduated of a Bac+5 degree / University Master or Business School with a focus on economics, management engineering, statistics and Human Resources but rather in its numerical aspect and not softskills.

Technical skills :
  • Critical sense of figures
  • Ability and appetite for handling large files

Computing skills :
  • Very good knowledge of Excel is essential (complicated formulas, processing of large files, etc.)

Languages :
  • English: level B2
  • French: level C1
