Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Performance & Reward (P&R) Partner supporting EL Divisions.
- Translate business strategy into relevant P&R solutions.
- Lead dedicated P&R activities aligned with core policies and procedures.
- Provide market data and analytics to support decision-making.
- Support annual cycles such as Salary Review, Incentive Plans, Performance Management, and LTIP.
- Drive performance management processes and reporting.
- Facilitate annual salary planning and review in collaboration with HRBPs, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Guide the business in Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) design and implementation.
Qualifications
- Around 10 years of relevant Performance & Reward experience, ideally combining consulting and corporate backgrounds with a global/regional scope
- Strong project management, analytical skills, and Excel modeling capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and engage senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; cross-cultural management experience.
