This Position reports to:
Cluster Lead - HR Operations MEA & SA

Your Role

• Leads HR front office strategy including workforce planning, budget, training, engagement, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Manages end-to-end HR operations in the country, including payroll, hire-to-retire processes, and HR Service responsibilities.
• Ensures compliance and control through mechanisms like SOX checks, data protection, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Drives operational excellence by analyzing performance, implementing continuous improvements, and enhancing customer experience.
• Oversees financial and strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and refining the HR operating and governance models.
• Supports global initiatives and change management, contribute to HR Services strategy, provide local expertise to global projects, and fosters innovation through stakeholder collaboration.
• Effective leadership - strong vision, integrity, empathy, adaptability, transparent communication, the ability to make decisions and empower teams.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor degree in HR with over 10 years of experience in a related HR role.
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of regulations, legal compliance, and data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
