In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Ensuring the timely and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system
  • Ensure efficient collaboration with technical support and outside sales managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve Customers problems.
  • Providing awareness of customer complaints or any issues in the shortest lead-time. Escalates errors or mistakes as soon as identified, put the situation right and proposes correctives actions.
  • Keeping the candidates informed at all times about all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
  • Providing constant status updates to customers, informing customers about potential delays or issues related to the order
  • Following up on orders to make sure they are produced, shipped and delivered efficiently

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • PC skills: MS Office


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 1-year experience in order handling, customer service or similar
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience in using ERP/MRP systems
