Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Offering Manager to lead our product portfolio strategy and drive the success of our offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for the product portfolio and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for product expansion or innovation within the portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics for the product portfolio, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
For Minnesota the annual base salary range for this position is $ 133,000 - $ 166,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
- Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
