In this position you will join Digital Solutions and take part in digitally enabling the business by driving the end-to-end digitalization of Vestas. As our new Product Owner for Configuration Management, you will join a team of nine product owners, each leading product teams in the Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle area. Our mission is to be the trusted partner in developing digital solutions based on product lifecycle information to enable successful digital transformation.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Area Lead for Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle, as Product Owner you will be leading the Configuration Management product team. This product team is accountable for the development of capabilities and the digital tool chain to support configuration management activities in Vestas. This includes

• Define and maintain the product vision and strategy together with stakeholders across Digital Solutions and the Vestas Value Chain. Build the product roadmap incl. assessment of current product portfolio in collaboration with key functions in Engineering, Manufacturing and Service
• Facilitate discovery activities with users and stakeholders across the value chain to identify improvement opportunities
• Install a user-centric and value-driven mindset within product teams and among stakeholders to guide future business opportunities
• Define EPICs, User stories and Sprint Goals incl. acceptance criteria based on user insights and qualitative data
• Define OKRs together with stakeholders and the Product Leader
• Establish the Product team and co-lead as a fully functioning team together with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
• 7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager - experience in building and scaling digital products is a bonus
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, configuration management, and product configuration, and how they relate to digital product development
• Experience presenting to all levels of the organization, from the shop floor to senior management
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented way with a with a constant value outcome focus
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Ability to think commercially when driving your product team; focusing on who you are enabling with your product and what is the value proposition of your product to the users/teams
• A good communicator who can articulate value to stakeholders on multiple levels in the organization
• Ability to engage and align stakeholder viewpoints and combine into a product vision and roadmap
• Ability to facilitate cross-team workshops and discovery activities in close collaboration with Product Designer and Tech Lead
• Ability to set direction but also follow through on your plans and create measurable results
• A collaborative colleague who contributes actively to a shared mission and supports others in achieving common goals
