We are currently seeking a Commercial, Communication & Public Affairs Intern, reporting directly to the Commercial Business Analyst, to join our Commercial team based in London or Milton Keynes, England, UK on a 6-month FTC basis.

About the mission we offer you:
Scope of work
Commercial support:
- Salesforce (CRM) data capture and reporting
- Commercial review and reporting for internal activities
- REFER (Project reference database) data capture and reporting
- Competitor analysis and reporting
- Pre-qualification and RFI drafting, compilation and submission
Public Affairs:
- Daily news monitoring
- Public Policies monitoring
- Meetings preparation (agenda, profiling people, slides, etc.)
Communication:
- Organisation and Coordination of conferences
- Organisation and Coordination of Technip Energies UK events, dedicated to external audiences (clients, public authorities, think tank, suppliers, etc.)
- Support for thought leadership content creation (reports review, coordination of internal stakeholders) and design.
- Creation of content to keep our internal stakeholders informed of what the team is delivering (briefing or meeting notes, internal communication pieces) to get visibility within Technip Energies.

Typical background and experience required:
- Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with various stakeholders, on various topics. Team-player who can establish positive relationships and work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across the organisation and at all levels.
- Excellent organisation skills: Ability to proactively and effectively plan and manage work and prioritise workload appropriately.
- Writing and Creative skills: Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills and creativity to design slides.
- Proactive problem-solver: Able todemonstrate initiative and autonomy, whilst remaining alert to the need to consult and update others as appropriate.
- Positive and flexible attitude; High degree of integrity and professionalism; ability to remain composed under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Experience / Qualifications include:
- Bachelor level, with experience (previous internships)
