Job Purpose

Supervise and control all Control Room operations including petroleum products receipt, storage, quality and quantity control and distribution of products from terminal to Service stations and Customers according to the instructions received from Team Leader, and in coordination with Distribution Section ensuring compliance with company HSE policy. Maintain daily stock movement for all products and confirm stock records.

Key Accountabilities

Supply Operations

• Supervise all Control Room operations and Supply activities at Depot related to issue and receive of all Petroleum products as per quality control and laboratory recommendations.
• Prepare daily stock statement based on real time tank gauging view panel available in the Control Room and send to concerned party.
• Monitor, execute and coordinate with HSE the entire Depot in regard to the Fire and Gas Detection Alarm System.
• Monitor ADNOC's Emergency Response System and coordinate with HSE Emergency commander as and when required.
• Coordinate with HSE the entire Depot in regard to the Fire and Gas Detection Alarm System.
• Monitor ADNOC's Emergency Response System and coordinate with HSE Emergency commander as and when required.
• Monitor real time stock levels and inform Supply Team Leader for further planning and follow up with concerned party.
• Maintain a daily record of own use filling station receipt & issue meter readings and prepare a monthly statement of own use filling station position for Department Manager.
• Coordinate the taking of product Drain /samples from the product storage tanks/Vehicles and the forwarding them to Laboratory for testing and certification.
• Ensure that Control Room and Depot facilities are in good operating order by performing daily routine checks of all process equipment and facilities. Prepare maintenance work requests and work permits for any repair/maintenance works on Depot facilities.
• Monitor all product movement operations and record all activities in the logbook.
• Receive the storage tanks or pipeline transfer from refinery/vessel with necessary product quality certification, ensuring the products are appropriate to use and are meeting the required specification of ADNOC Distribution Quality for loading, coordinating accordingly with refinery/vessel to prepare tank gauging report and informing Supply Team Leader.
• Arrange for blending of product in cooperation with Quality Control & Lab Manger recommendations.
• Hand over storage tanks to ADNOC Refining once the tank level reach low level and
• Coordinate with ADNOC Refining to prepare tank dip/ gauging report.
• Coordinate with aviation operations & central stores section for Jet A1 drums loading as per Quality Control & Laboratory recommendations.
• Supervise the Jet A1 & JP-8 tanker loading operations and perform the filling of the PDN/BOL with all necessary mandatory technical data for validity of the consignment to be delivered.
• Monitor daily level of contaminated products in slope tanks, drain water /sediments; send samples to SAS ALNAKEEL.
• Monitor VRU operations (Product recovery process, Dosing and Fresh Product Top-up)

Distribution Administration & Reporting

• Receive from Distribution office all PTNs/PDNs/SDNs/PINs returned from customers/filling stations/ depots, after delivery of products. Segregate, cross check and confirm them in the system.
• Archive/scan all confirmed PDN/PTNs, before forwarding them to Finance along with the computer printout of daily confirmed PDN/PTNs.
• Follow up all pending, missing and unconfirmed (PDN/PTNs) for all loaded products.
• Prepare monthly stock statement of products receipts, and the own use filling station at the depot.
• Prepare monthly statement of contractor's deliveries/ haulage report (products delivered by contractor vehicles) and submit the report to contractor for receive & forward to Supply Team Leader, Department Manager and Division Manager for their review and approval.
• Prepare daily/ monthly stock of Jet A1 drums receipt, issue and loading quantity.
• Prepare and enter GRN in the system in accordance with tank gauging report and reconcile with reference to quantity certificate of refinery.
• Maintain inventory on consumable materials, parts, accessories and tools for Depot operation and office by requesting replenishment/ prepare requests for new items.
• Ensure maintaining the complete necessary documentation Jet A1 tank receipt / drain details, Millipore testing, Filter DP readings, Filter maintenance records and carrying-out the routine testing as scheduled.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Technical Diploma or higher education in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in petroleum terminal operations (petroleum product handling knowledge).
