This position reports to

KA Department Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including real estate developers, property managers, and construction companies • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address any concerns. • Identify and target potential clients in the real estate sector to expand the company's market share • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives. • Present and demonstrate smart lock products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the real estate sector • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation. • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends. • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or smart home technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in selling technology products or IoT solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
