Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Management and Paid Advertising Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the internal intranet and external web presence for ABB Electrification, maintaining best practice customer experience on sites, overseeing digital advertising governance and campaigns, and ensuring best-in-class analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in SEO, web content management, and paid digital campaign management Location: Poland/UK/India/Italy • Manage and govern ABB Electrification presence on external and internal web, pulling our positioning through all touchpoints to maintain a strong stakeholder experience. • Champion web localization, content management and SEO strategy with internal stakeholders. • Govern the electrification communications project management tool, promoting usage and best practice workflows for a global team. • Own the electrification paid advertising process and governance for key digital platforms. • With the Global Digital Communications Lead, rollout a best practice web content strategy and SEO strategy to position Electrification as a key partner in the energy transition. • Partner with the Internal Communications Lead to audit and revitalize the Electrification intranet to better inform and engage employees. • Drive success with strategic audiences through best practice advertising campaigns on digital channels. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and digital channel account teams to maximize opportunities for growth. • Spearhead a best-in-class analytics and data strategy to maximize end-to-end customer and strategic audience engagement, to fully understand our audience needs. • Full ownership of analytics dashboards and regular reporting to successfully track performance against KPIs and track impact and ROI for internal and external digital communications channels. • Manage marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce for ABB Electrification ensuring communications activity is captured and allowing for an integrated approach across our communications.

Qualifications for the role

  • 5+ years' experience in web content management, SEO and paid advertising.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong writing/editing skills.
  • In-depth demonstrable knowledge and experience of developing and managing web content, SEO, SEM and other paid digital advertising.
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager and Adobe Experience Manager is preferable.
  • Team player with strong project management skills and a keen ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve organization priorities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to complex situations.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset; familiar working in a global business environment across geographies and languages.
