KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Sr. StrategicSourcing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all subcontracts withsuppliers that will provide products and services necessary for Intelligratedto perform install operations to our Customers throughout the life cycle of aproject
• You work with a senseof a sense of urgency; proactively engaged with the internal programoffice/contracts group and support lead Program Managers when dealing withmatters of subcontractor cost, performance and schedule
• Administer existingsubcontracts with interaction with Program, Project, and Cost/Estimating Teams
• Maintain, analyze, andupdate subcontract records and support financial forecasting
• Analyze, update, anddrive decision making with data on subcontractor performance across IGSPortfolio
• Align crossfunctionally with Engineering, Inventory, Quality, Delivery, Cost and EstimateTeam, Finance, and other internal teams on subcontractor performance
• Drive Root CauseCorrective Actions for subcontractor change orders
• Maintain an awarenessof regulatory changes and their impact on subcontracts
• Engage in regularcommunications with subcontractors; communicates supplier status duringsustainment and supply chain meetings
• Recognize andcommunicate subcontract issues; collaborates with Project Managers and SourcingTeam; facilitates meetings with subcontractors that to ensure areas of concernare being addressed and performance issues resolved
• Work with supply chainteams to identify and negotiate additions, deletions or other modifications tosubcontracts Statement of Works
• Support businessduring the execution of subcontract changes and follow-on subcontract proposalefforts and resultant negotiated subcontract agreements
• Prepare, analyze, andevaluate bids and proposals to ensure they are compliant with company policy,program requirements and department operating procedures
• Provide leadership inthe evaluation of single/sole source proposals as well as during competitivesource evaluation and selection process
• Conduct a thoroughreview of subcontractor proposals
• Travel Required: Yes, 10-15%of the Time
• Identify subcontractissues and actively participate in the development of mutually acceptablesolutions
• Advise management ofits contractual rights and obligations relating to terms and conditions and theincorporation of contract flow downs
• Support leadnegotiator, and/or lead subcontract negotiations in all subcontract actionsassigned; Ensures procurement compliance with Corporate and Sector policies andprocedures
• Lead a team ofsubcontract specialists
• Responds to data callsand supports all internal and external audit activities

YOU MUST HAVE:

• A minimum of 7 years of procurement / subcontracts administration on government contracts or similar experience

• Experience supportingdifferent types of programs or product lines as well as contract typesincluding cost types
• Experience workingwith subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycl
• Experience utilizingMS Office Suite, SAP and other business tools used in the execution ofsubcontracts management activities
• Strong organizationalskills
• Able to manager teamof multiple sub-contract specialists to meet all goals, objectives, andbehaviors for executing significant spend across large supplier portfolio
