• Nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
• Manage lead information in CRM systems
• Attend and shadow sales calls, gaining firsthand experience

• Communicate with attendees, partners, and stakeholders
• Handle event tickets, registrations, and logistics
• Support in-person networking events in London

9. Mentorship & Communications Coordinator

Location: Remote | Hybrid | International Team Collaboration

Support mentees through their mentorship journey and gain experience in communications, data tracking, and engagement.

• Conduct introduction calls and encourage event participation
• Manage communication via Chronus and email
• Send and track surveys to collect feedback
• Assist with data collection and reports for stakeholders
• Support in-person networking events in London
