In this role, you will impact the business by:
Planning and perform variance analysis between actuals and planned figures every month
Prepare monthly rolling forecasts by incorporating the assumptions from functional leaders
Analyzing financial data and identifying trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets
Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
Contributing to strategic planning and performance evaluation
Supporting business decision-making through financial analysis and insights
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Hyperion
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
