The Financial Planning and Analysis Manage plays a crucial role in ensuring timely financial analysis, reporting, and management support for the Measurement manufacturing location in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (CMMC). This role is essential in maintaining financial control, planning, and analysis while assisting the management team in achieving plant objectives. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assist with detailed analysis and reporting to support the development and execution of the plant's financial plans and strategies, including preparing Annual Budgets, quarterly PORs, monthly risk assessments, Profitability Reviews, and Presidents' Councils;
• Actively participate in month-end close routines, ensuring major variances are understood, investigated, and explained to management, while meeting month-end deliverables accurately and on time;
• Prepare P&L bridges and related financial analysis.
• Act as a business partner to the Operations department for capital expenditure planning and Appropriation Requests;
• Prepare cost center budgets, review actual incurred spend versus targets, and communicate with cost center owners;
• Supervise and lead the Costing & Financial Analyst, delegating tasks and providing coaching as needed;
• Serve as a backup for the Finance Manager during vacation or absence, in coordination with the finance team;
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for the Finance Manager or other plant management team members;
• Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by the Finance Manager, Business Unit, or European Finance teams;
• Communicate effectively with direct management, WA HQ Finance, and Business Unit Finance personnel;
• Deliver management and analytical information to operations, senior management, and other partners as required;
• Support additional financial projects as defined by the Finance Manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Strong accounting knowledge - a qualified accountant is a plus;
• A relevant university degree with at least 5 years of work experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of HFM and Oracle is an advantage;
• A proactive, ethical, and enthusiastic approach to financial management;
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed;
• A high level of proficiency in English;

• Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial planning processes;
• Experience working in a multinational corporation or a shared services environment;
