As an HR Services Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing HR support and services to employees within the Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). You will report directly to our HR Services Manager and you'll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services and support to employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the CORP SBG by providing excellent customer service and assisting with various HR initiatives.

As an HR Services Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing HR support and services to employees within the Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG). In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services and support to employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the CORP SBG by providing excellent customer service and assisting with various HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Effective time and attendance management across the diverse and complex landscapes of the EMEA and APAC regions, supporting the organization's overall efficiency and compliance objectives
- Maintain and manage timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, overtime, and leave
- Ensure all records inserted in T&A processes comply with the labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements
- Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and timekeeping
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, and leave policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and/or T&A management, EMEA preferably
- Strong knowledge Italian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements (nice to have)
- Proficiency in payroll software and timekeeping systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English (must have) and Italian (nice to have)
