We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics maturity and optimization with the focus on securing scalable, predictable, and cost-effective inflow of materials into our factories. This role will utilize standardized operating models and leverage strategic partners' capabilities. The manager will also focus on developing the logistics organization, supported by standardized ways of working and aligned RACI models (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics maturity and optimization to ensure a scalable, predictable, and cost-effective flow of materials into our factories
• Implement standardized operating models and leverage strategic partner capabilities to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations
• Develop the logistics organization and its capabilities, supported by standardized processes and aligned RACIs
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, and production) to ensure smooth and timely supply chain operations
• Monitor supply chain performance and use data-driven insights to identify areas for continuous improvement and cost optimization
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and delivery standards
• Oversee, educate, and nurture a team of logistics specialists, promoting an environment of excellence and innovation
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and maintain a high level of service
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's)
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields
• Knowledge of supply chain management systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems)
• Adept at coordinating teams and enhancing group performance
• Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in working effectively in a lively atmosphere while managing various priorities
• Experience with implementing standardized processes and developing scalable logistics operations
