MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an
organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation
(CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Major
course work in Environmental Science, Natural Sciences, Environmental
Engineering, Public Health, or a related field preferred. Each year
of full-time experience as described below in excess of the required six
years may be substituted for thrity semester hours on a year-for-year
basis.

2. Six years full-time, wage-earning environmental experience to
include wastewater treatment systems operations management or potable
water systems operations management.

3. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent to
include word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software
programs preferred.

4. Current Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Wastewater
Collections System license, Class B Wastewater Treatment license, or
Class C Water System Operator license preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $4,801.16.**

applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the
summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.
