WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER?

As our HVAC Operations Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute long-term strategies to help us achieve our goals.
• Collaborate across departments to implement initiatives and support cross-training efforts.
• Assess budgets to control costs while maintaining strong profitability.
• Design and implement programs that keep employees engaged, motivated, and committed.
• Prepare and present strategic plans to executives, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Quickly identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
• Lead interviews and evaluate potential new team members.
• Always act with integrity-because doing the right thing matters!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER?

• TDLR
• EPA certification is a plus
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Written and oral communication skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with partners and other organizations
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and abide by performance standards and code of ethics
