What you'll do:
- Represents the company in all activities associated with accounts/customer support
- Prospecting Focus Accounts in the North American Nuclear Energy Market, Key Account Management and New Business Development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and logistics.
- Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
- Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan
- Partnering with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations
- Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present proposals for products and services
- Service accounts through the full payment by the customer and completion of the services rendered
- Assist in identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies by market research or study
We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
- 5 to 10 years of direct Nuclear or Renewable Energy or Technical sales experience
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Knowledge and understanding of the nuclear industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on Teams
- Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilities
- Possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and oil free air compressors, contributing to informed sales discussions
- Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking
- Good knowledge of market sectors and competitive activities
- Ability to travel as needed
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field
- Project Commissioning / Project Management Experience a plus
