We are hiring an exceptional and passionate Demand Generation Manager to join our elite team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our marketing operations, optimizing our online presence, and driving content creation efforts that optimize how prospects discover Apono. This role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about marketing technology and content development who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels to drive leads and pipeline growth
- Optimize lead generation funnels, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media strategies
- Implement A/B test messaging, creatives, and ad placements to improve conversion rates
- Implement and track ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics to target high-value accounts
- Marketing Technology Management:
- Maintain and administer the marketing stack, including marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Ensure integration, functionality, and reporting accuracy across platforms
- Be comfortable leveraging new technologies, including AI, in the campaign, lead generation/nurturing process, and content development for the website and blogs.
- Website Management and SEO:
- Maintain, optimize, and expand the company website to align with branding, campaign, product launch, and strategic goals
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Conduct research to stay ahead of SEO algorithms, stay on top of the search, and predict its future
- Blog Management:
- Oversee the company blog, including scheduling, formatting, and publishing
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party writers to ensure high-quality, engaging content
- Author select blog posts that resonate with target audiences and reflect industry expertise
- Paid media :
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TLDR ads, and retargeting strategies
- Understanding of paid and organic channel synergy
- End-to-End Ownership:
- Take full accountability for assigned projects and tasks from initiation to completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of outcomes that align with company objectives.
- Resource Management:
- Effectively collaborate with third-party teams, such as SEO and design partners, to achieve marketing goals.
- Maintain clear communication and ensure external deliverables meet expectations.
- Team Collaboration and Growth:
- Contribute to a positive team culture, demonstrating a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
- 3+ years of experience in demand gen, marketing operations, website management, or digital marketing in a SaaS B2B company- a must
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Apollo
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to the changing priorities of a startup
- Comfortable using AI tools to assist in the development/refinement of content for blogs
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- WordPress proficiency to manage a website, create pages, and create blog posts
- Social media management is a plus
- Cybersecurity Experience: Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, trends, or industry best practices to support targeted messaging and campaigns
- Writing Background: Demonstrated experience in crafting compelling narratives, whether through journalism, creative writing, or technical documentation
- Copy Editing Experience: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in editing content for clarity, grammar, and consistency
