JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood PH is looking for interns for the following functions: Engineering, Supply Chain, Training, Logistics, Planning, Administration, Quality, HSSE, and Billing & Invoice. Successful candidates will join our team at our Alabang office in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in various projects related to assigned departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Training, Logistics, Planning, Administration, Quality, HSSE, Billing & Invoice).
• Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with team members on assignments, presentations, and reports.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the department.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives.
• Adapt to assigned tasks based on department needs and learning objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Team player who works well and collaborates with supervisors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and demonstrates personal initiative.
• Possesses integrity, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and dependability.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or industry-specific tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.
