RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read, understand, and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the electrical & Instrumentation work scope is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Responsible for the supervision and coordination of materials, installation and testing of offshore electrical & Instrumentation facilities under the contract, and shall be responsible for the workmanship, productivity, conduct and safety of the E&I labour force
  • Complete all work scope in accordance with applicable workpack / job card instructions, associated procedures, and drawings / sketches
  • Provide support to other trades / disciplines where required, or form part of an integrated multi - discipline team
  • Raising applicable Permit to Work (PTW) to complete work scope in a controlled and safe manner
  • Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner
  • Completion of probationary evaluations and assessments in accordance with Amec Foster Wheeler competency assurance system


QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:
  • Recognized apprenticeship
  • National Diploma level or equivalent (Minimum of City & Guilds 803 Part 3 or Home Country equivalent)
  • COMPEX
  • Verifiable evidence - CV
  • BOSIET / Approved Offshore Medical
  • MIST / IMIST

Desirable:
  • Degree educated in a related Engineering subject
  • Management NVQ Level 4 or 5
  • Conversant with TRM process
  • Accident / Incident Investigation
  • WAH
  • ISSOW
  • First Step for Supervision
  • BSP ESR
  • CDCA Competence Assurance Assessor Training

Experience

Essential:
  • 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
