Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business Service division in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Automation frameworks: Design, Develop and enhance the test automation frameworks. Optimize for the efficiency of execution. • Technical leadership: Leading the test automation team technically • Collaboration: Collaborate Product owners, QA team members and manual testing teams to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive automated test coverage. • Environments: Set up and maintain test environments, including IoT devices, sensors, communication protocols, and cloud platforms. • Execution: Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, load, and security testing.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent skill level.
• You have around 8 to 12 years of experience, and minimum 6 years of experience in developing the test automation scripts
• Proficiency in Python programming languages
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools DevOps and version control systems like Git
• Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured & having experience in testing IOT cloud solution
