Your role and responsibilities

this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation - Energy Industries in ABB Colombia. Your main stakeholders will be external clients or the assigned Project Managers. You will be mainly accountable for: • Planning purchases related to the services under execution, as well as carry them out and following up to delivery. • Provides billing support for purchase orders. • Coordinate delivery with final client, both in deliveries as well as document closing. • Following up on the project or service execution, as well as supply delivery, with the use of planning and scheduling tools, according to ABB policy.

Qualifications for the role

• You have at least 1 year of experience in related roles.
• You have knowledge of the SAP MM, SD, CS and PS modules, as well as knowledge and experi-ence working with MS Project.
• You possess a professional degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic engineering. Studies or training in Project Management are desirable.
• You can communicate fluidly in Spanish, and have a good understanding of the English lan-guage (both written and spoken).
• You have strong communication, planning and organization skills, as well as a strong results orientation.
• You possess availability to travel.
