The training curriculum covers Introduction to Training and Industry Fundamentals, Rosemount Measurement product training, including pressure, DP-Level, DP-Flow, and Temperature products, and order entry using Oracle and CRM.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To check for completeness of commercial requirements.
• To validate and calculate pricing using system tools.
• To update orders, quote records, data, and status in the Business System; check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.
• To verify new customer accounts and work with the Customer Vendor Data Hub team for the creation of accounts in the business systems.
• To resolve problems on order administration, completion, and post-order activities by effectively utilizing resources such as reports, tools, and subject matter experts.
• To communicate professionally and efficiently via telephone, e-mail, and/or other standard methods.
• To participate in the execution of functional unit strategic initiatives and programs to support the objectives of the management.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
• 1.5 years of experience in related order management, documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicable business processes and systems tools such as Oracle Business Systems, FileNet, eDocs, SharePoint, and Buttons.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
