What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team at our Singapore office on a full-time staff basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Recruitment Administrator will support the Marine & Offshore Recruitment function in our Global Employment Company.
The Recruitment Administrator will have an understanding and experience in Marine & Offshore recruitment, in the offshore energy. Candidates should have experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be comfortable in dealing with a high volume of active vacancies.
The primary function of this position is to support the recruitment activities for the Global Employment Company and to provide technical and administrative assistance to the Recruitment Lead and Recruiter. This is a collaborative and motivated team who work together and with the global business to deliver a high quality recruitment service which supports over 40 vessels.
Responsibilities include:
• Draft advertisements for vacancies to be posted through appropriate medium, including company website, job boards and direct targeting candidates.
• Update position descriptions to ensure they are aligned with recruitment goals.
• Administer the recruitment process using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support Recruiters to prepare shortlists for issue to Technical Authorities.
• Perform targeted searches for candidates using available tools (including LinkedIn).
• Shortlist candidates for assigned vacancies as required.
• Prepare the weekly recruitment report for distribution to stakeholders.
• Liaise with Technical Authorities and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Ensure Stakeholders are informed on a regular basis on the recruitment process status.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure recruitment process and selection is continuously driven and delivered as planned.
• Maintain recruitment channels, ensuring they promote diverse sourcing and selection and that processes are free of bias and based upon objective assessment criteria.
• Communicate with candidates as required throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all HR data (manual and electronic) in line with Data Protection requirement.
What experience would we like you to have?
• Well established organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities.
• Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally is essential.
• Good communicator with ability to interface across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
• Prior experience within a recruitment or HR administration role, in Marine or a related industry.
• Good IT skills particular MS Office and experience of using candidate management software / systems.
• Degree or Diploma qualified in relevant subject matter.
