- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interpret blueprints (GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerances)).
- Ability to troubleshoot material issues
- Demonstrate the ability to use additional measurement tools, such as ID Micrometers, internal calipers, go-no go gauges
- Demonstrate ability to operate CNC, Mill Lathe, and or Manual machine safely and productively
