As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, youwill have the opportunity to provide advanced technical assistance andexpertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. Youwill be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues,ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customersatisfaction. Your expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucialrole in the success of our field service operations and the growth of ourbusiness. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager andyou'll work remotely out of El Paso. In this role, you will impact theefficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providingexceptional technical assistance and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for ourcustomers
• Provide advanced technical assistance and expertise for our IAsolutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of oursolutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement
• Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Honeywell Experion
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise VMWare/virtualization
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in networking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
