Be part of an engineering team that is defining the future of Fall Protection Products. You will work closely with engineering leadership on managing data collection and processing, documenting product specifications, processes, and technical documentation. You will help coordinate project planning and scheduling, act as a liaison between engineering groups, and provide data reporting for both internal and external customers.
Use your leadership and technical experience to help deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will contribute to the Operate and Maintain (O&M), Value and Component Engineering and Design and Development Engineering (NPI) function of Personal Protective Equipment products by designing, testing, and validating products from prototype to market ensuring business continuity for our products. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of engineering projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure project deliverables are provided on time to production and with high quality.
• Technical guidance for team members and facilitation of product design technical reviews.
• Work closely with other functions like V&V, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and ISC to ensure proper project execution and robust engineering solutions.
• Day-to-day supervision of and workload management of resources within the O&M Fall Protection Engineering team
• Recruiting, development, and retainment of talent,
• Act as O&M Engineering technical interface with Offering Management, Procurement, and other cross-functional global teams.
• Lead worldwide recognized and accredited test laboratory
• Meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints of O&M Engineering projects.
• Resources and Budget planning for O&M Engineering department.
• Ensure and maintain the integrity of all product output from engineering including documentation, revision control, product regulatory testing and approvals, intellectual property opportunities, etc.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize, and reprioritize daily (multitasking).
• Attend product development and other departmental meetings.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree
- English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience
