Your role and responsibilities
As a Business manager for Service Supply Unit Motors & Generators, you are in charge of all After Sales support and services for China export market motors and generators. Your organization has a global responsibility for technical support, product warranty, expert services, spare parts, back end for sales of services. Additionally, you will develop and productize life-cycle services and concepts for products under China global responsibility. • Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team. Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses. Executes service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility. • Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration. • Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS). Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility. • Drives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). • Runs the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. • Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction. Invests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. • Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, projects and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a global organization
- Sound knowledge of large motors and generators
- Outstanding command of the English language and university degree in engineering, economics or similar education.
- Willing to accept international business trip (about 20%)
