Quality Control Manager

Your role and responsibilities

We are searching for a Quality Control Specialist to support the Quality Wins and Continuous Improvement Project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality and Continuous improvement team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting and analyzing quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining process documentation. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division within the Electrification Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: • Process improvement activities on assembly lines related to the quality wins project. • Will report to project leader coordination. • Improve output quality of assembled products line defining procedures for the operators. • Focus on Internal non-conformities and Root cause analysis.

Qualifications for the role

• You have a technical diploma.
• Knowledge of Office package.
• Knowledge of English language is considered a plus.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and written and spoken communication skills.
