The Vestas Offshore Supply Chain Department is responsible for the logistic and warehouse operations on board of the Service Operations Vessels and Jack-Up Vessels. We are supporting the Vestas Offshore Special Projects and Service Departments which installs, services and maintains the wind turbines in multiple windfarms across the European seas.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the warehouses on the vessels and onshore are set up and working to Vestas high safety standards, implementing excellent quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full
- Ensure the warehouses are delivering to the required operational efficiencies deploying defined KPI's
- Maintaining inventory accuracy levels to the highest of standards
- Delivering the expected training and development plans of Warehouse Team Leaders
- Liaise with the direct manager to ensure all projects are staffed to the correct levels
- Liaise with the Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure warehouses are working to required standards and processes
- Support and work with identifying, validating and implementing improvement processes and best practices in Vestas' warehouses
- Ordering, purchase requisition creation, and vendor management
- Incoming goods receiving, using Vestas ERP systems
- Pick and Packing warehouse supplies
- Updating site documentation
- Stock take management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Producing reports
- OH&S compliance
- Trouble-shoot problems and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Experienced Warehouse Team Leader with at least 3 years' experience in leading a team of stock keepers
- Good IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP)• Have knowledge of Lean 5S methodology
- Knowledge & experience of Offshore work environment and regulations
- Have good English communication skills
- Capabel in leading Leaders

- Structured and with good problem-solving skills, also being reliable and adaptive.
- Good financial management and performance assessments skills
- Flexible towards change of tasks, whenever this is required for the business
- Stakeholder management skills, and ability to motivate and encourage colleagues to reach the agreed targets while always keeping high safety standards
