We are currently seeking a Global Lead Planning, reporting directly to Project Operations Director to join our Operations team based in Brussels, Paris & Delhi .

About the role:

The Global Lead Planning assists the Operations Director in the overall control of Rely Prospects and Projects and is specifically in charge of supervising Planning and Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Risk management. As Rely is a new company, you will be in charge of structuring and coordinating ways of working on the above disciplines with the OC to ensure performance and continuous improvement.

Main accountabilities:

• Develop and Implement Project Controls: Create and manage project control processes, balancing company standards with unique project needs.
• Oversee Project Life Cycle: Manage planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting throughout project phases.
• Maintain and Update Schedules: Keep product and equipment schedules current, incorporating feedback and new developments.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with procurement, project control departments, and project managers to ensure effective project execution.
• Support and Mentor: Guide planning managers and engineers, assisting with project reforecasting and risk management.
• Manage Risks and Claims: Conduct risk assessments, manage delays, and prepare necessary reports and feedback.
• Support Sales and Proposal Team: Guide Proposal Manager to provide planning during tendering stage

About you:

• Engineering degree or equivalent diploma
• Proven/Successful experience in planning project controls or project engineer management roles in both pre-FID studies and EPC projects
• Knowledge of Primavera
• Professional English
• Proficiency in MS Office and other applicable Project Control IT tools
• Strong communication skills: listening, influence, assertiveness
• Understanding of the basic business principles of the GH2 and Power to X Industry
• At ease with ambiguity, for change and solid organizational skills, taste for change
