We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Program Manager to join our team as the leader of the Honeywell LNG Aftermarket Services business. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall P&L of Honeywell LNG Services, managing direct and matrixed resources to deliver aftermarket services, and developing and deploying new aftermarket offerings.
You will report directly to General Manager of the Honeywell LNG Business and you'll work out of our Allentown, PA location.
In this role, you will impact the profitability and growth of Honeywell LNG Services. You will develop and implement segment growth strategy to drive business success. You will drive synergy revenue for LNG across Honeywell business units by working closely with the LNG vertical AMS/Equipment Sr. Project Manager. You will take ownership of the Honeywell LNG aftermarket service offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with the Honeywell commercial team and UOP sales teams to drive new service sales and expand our customer base. You will engage with our current customer across the installed Honeywell LNG base to comprehend their needs, drive new offering development and assisting in the selling process. You will drive equipment replacement intake, while working in collaboration with the commercial team for contracting. You will also be accountable for managing the Aftermarket Services (AMS) engineering services, onshore services, spares and connected services agreements, a key element of our growth strategy.
Reporting to you will be the LNG Start-up team organization, project management resources, project coordinator resources and spare parts management.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the P&L for all Honeywell LNG Services, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Develop and implement services forecasting and long term planning to drive business success.
- Drive synergy revenue in the services business across Honeywell platforms by identifying new offerings and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with the LNG vertical manger to develop and deploy new service and digital offerings across platforms.
- Engage in the selling process with the Honeywell commercial team and UOP sales teams to drive new sales and expand our customer base.
- Engage with the installed LNG base to comprehend their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Drive equipment replacement intake, while working in collaboration with the commercial team for contracting.
- Own the service business forecast as well as setup and maintenance of the Enterprise Asset Manager inputs to drive business efficiency.
- Oversee the spare parts program to ensure timely availability and efficient management.
- Develop innovative and improved contracting strategies for services

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial management refining, petrochemical, natural gas, manufacturing or related industrial field is preferred
- Previous experience selling or executing onsite services
- Proven track record of successful implementation (on time and on budget) of project management

- Bachelors of Engineering, Business or Technical degree
- Ability to influence multifunctional teams without a direct reporting relationship
- A Highly-motivated self-starter
- Honed customer interface skills, very strong written and oral skills
- It is expected that the candidate in this position will travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
