As Project Manager - M&A in the Corporate Legal function at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing M&A-related projects across the Legal groups as part of Legal Operations. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Legal Operations, and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. This role will be instrumental in managing complex, cross-functional projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and other strategic corporate transactions. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, and M&A to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position is responsible for ensuring effective M&A integration or separation activities across all Legal groups.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for M&A-related projects
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Ensure effective communication and reporting on project status
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- Partner across the organization to develop and mature Legal Global Design Models (GDMs) related to M&A
- Lead by example and guide others, including senior staff, to improve program management skills throughout the organization
- Develop and improve resources to help the function manage and execute projects more effectively

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience leading large scale projects for multinational corporations
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
WE VALUE
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions, due diligence processes, and legal considerations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with contract management systems and legal technology tools
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
